The Premium Oils & Grains CoE lead role would serve as a Global Procurement (GP) resource, supporting our growing organic and premium innovation pipeline. This role will have ownership of buying premium, organic and/or unique oils and grains ingredients needed to support our innovation pipeline. Many of these new offerings include ingredients that are not core to historical norm, and require development of new suppliers and creating new supply chains. Today, this is handled on a one off basis by the existing GP team, but as we continue to look for innovation outside of traditional norms, this will play a key role in enabling the creation of efficient supply chains to support our innovation pipeline. While this role will focus on North America Foods (NAF) initially, the job scope would expand depending on the business needs globally.
Lead and manage all commercial activities pertaining to non-core premium and/or organic oils & grains ingredients
Partner with business owners to develop a business case for new product launches that require premium oils & grain ingredients including R&D to identify and develop qualified suppliers
Negotiate all supply agreements to minimize the cost premium
Develop premium oils & grains supply chain to drive resolution of manufacturing, quality, and pricing issues
Develop and execute all risk management needs associated with purchases of premium and/or organic ingredients
In cooperation with Sr. Director, Global Oils & Grains, develop strategies which provides assurance of supply, world class quality, best-in-class costs and competitive provisions
Focus on leadership, team communication and effective collabortion with multiple groups within PepsiCo. Executing on BU leadership sales strategy and effective supplier management
Develop, align with internal constituents, and execute short- and long-term premium and/or organic supplier development strategy
Qualifications:
BS in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or other business field.
Minimum 8
years' experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Consulting or other related field
Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously
Strong negotiating and influencing skills with ability to adapt style to circumstance and drive alignment at Senior levels of the organization
Basic knowledge of grains and/or oils value chains and markets preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
