Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence or infractions of rules.
Thoroughly examine doors, windows and gates to ensure proper function and security.
Respond to and report any facility incidents such as fire alarms, leaking water pipes, power outages etc.

Qualifications:
Must have a level 3 security license and duty gear.
Physically able to both stand, patrol or sit for periods exceeding 3 hours.
Strong communication skills required, speaking, writing, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
