We are seeking a administrative phone specialist to join our corporate team.
Prior calling appointment setting experience is a plus.
Representative job duties include:
Call patients/leads and schedule appointments Message with clients ; Make over 150 phone calls a day Hit appointment setting quotas Accurately records appointment changes, correctly categorizing them as cancellation, rescheduled, no-show, etc.
, and notes reason in EMR.
Calls No Show appointments to reschedule.
Ensures that scheduled patient appointments are confirmed in advance, per established guidelines regarding confirmation method, timing and frequency.
Outgoing Calls - making outgoing calls to numbers provided lists (people who express interest through websites, email, direct mail coupons or other approved marketing programs).
