is looking for an energetic, highly motivated Human Resources Professional to fill a position at our Guardian Mortgage office in Plano, TX! This role is a hybrid role between an HR Generalist role and Talent Acquisition Specialist, and a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career.
This position will be responsible for talent recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, reporting and some administrative tasks to support and collaborate with key business partners in assigned markets.
This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and attention to detail.
Prior experience with an HRIS system preferred.

Responsibilities:
Provide full-service HR support to assigned groups.
Deploy and implement all HR initiatives, processes and systems.
Influence managers on optimal workforce utilization and talent management.
Conduct recruitment effort for all personnel, write and place advertisements.
Maintain company organizational charts and HRIS system.
Support and properly apply policies and practices.
Investigate and ensure fair resolution of issues with policies and practices.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
Understand and participate in the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
