In this role, you will handle microphone racks for shows, maintain lighting and sound equipment, conduct equipment checks, troubleshoot technical issues, train volunteers, operate the tech support hotline, maintain inventory, ensure safety compliance, collaborate with staff, maintain a clean workspace, perform maintenance and repairs, and assist the Technical Director as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, organizational skills, a passion for performing arts, and relevant theatre or production experience.

Deliver, pick up, and install microphone racks for shows at rented venues 2.
Maintain lighting and sound equipment for performances and events 3.
Conduct regular checks of technical equipment and systems to ensure they are in good working order 4.
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner 5.
Train volunteers on technical equipment operation and safety procedures 6.
Operate the tech support hotline to provide assistance to staff and volunteers 7.
Maintain an inventory of technical supplies and equipment 8.
Ensure compliance with safety and fire codes and regulations 9.
Collaborate with other staff and departments to ensure smooth production operations 10.
Maintain a clean and organized technical work area 11.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on technical equipment 12.
Ensure all technical equipment is properly stored and secured after each use 13.
