Our team consists of about 10 people and we are looking to grow.
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the HR department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, providing customer service to employees, and assisting with the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of HR processes, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including orientations and training programs.
Provide support to the HR team with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with employee relations issues, such as performance management and conflict resolution.
Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and benefit changes.
Assist with payroll processing.
