Responsibilities:
Your Role at Raising Cane's:
The Organizational Training Manager is responsible for leading the company's implementation of career development strategies and programs.
This role is tasked with ensuring effective facilitation and delivery methods to all roles and functions within the organization.
Your Impact and
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with internal training and development teams to develop and evolve training programs Utilizes effective learning methods to deliver accurate, high-quality learning experiences Delivers and evaluates corporate on-boarding curriculum and high-potential development program Identifies, secures and prepares facilitators for training and development program delivery Connects key learning to business priorities and desired outcomes Increases awareness and engagement of learning opportunities within the organization Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to deliver and evaluate programs that support business priorities and enhance professional and leadership skills development Provides coaching to leadership one-on-one and in peer groups on professional skills and career goal attainment through targeted development plans Establishes and manages comprehensive schedules and resource needs for training and development programs Uses guidelines to evaluate programs and to ensure quality execution and effectiveness of program processes Supports organizational development efforts and aligns development priorities with training programs
Qualifications:
Requirements for Success:
5
years experience with corporate training and development programs and delivery Experienced presenter and facilitator with proven ability to coach and influence at all levels Able to lead strategy, execution and support change management in a growing global organization Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively Microsoft Proficient:
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
