Responsibilities:
Your Role at Raising Cane's:
The Director of Training Execution will oversee training department project management and support program design and implementation.
This role will be responsible for effective training initiative rollout and follow up, including feedback collection and analysis.
Your Impact and
Responsibilities:
Serves as project manager for all training department projects, including intiatil conceptualization, setting objectives, follow up with key resources and reporting of progress Supports the design, implementation and maintenance of restaurant training programs, both through direct development and by working alongside the Training Development team Directly supports in-restaurant execution of training initiatives, pilot programs and rollouts Serves as liaison between training support functions and restaurant training business unit leadership, collecting feedback on what is needed and on effectiveness of support initiatives
Qualifications:
Requirements for Success:

years of leadership experience in QSR, retail or hospitality industry 3
years of training program design and implementation experience in QSR, retail or hospitality industry operations 2
years of project management experience Able to measure and evaluate program impact and results Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively Microsoft Proficient:
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Able to work out of our Plano, TX office and travel up to 25% of the time to support program needs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
