Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Monitor and respond to emails Perform all other office tasks Accompany Executive to meetings and healthcare events Personal Assistant

Run errands as needed Occasionally pick up 3&5 year from school Occasionally look after 3&5 year if Executive Director is in a meeting or has to run an errand.
