This role has a unique mix of problem-solving, product knowledge, technical support, and brand development that all center on friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.
This role includes inbound and outbound communication with our customers via phone, email, and video support calls.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive service to the customer, and advise them on BenQ's available services and products Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video calls to resolve technical issues regarding BenQ products and customer service inquiries Open, close, and manage customer cases promptly according to internal metrics Ensure that the information regarding customer support requests is provided accurately and efficiently Maintain records of all transactions and interactions made with customers with detailed case notes Maintain contact with BenQ's customers to ensure that their issues are efficiently and sufficiently resolved Data entry for RMA's (Return to Manufacturer Agreements) for any product that needs to be shipped back to BenQ Partner with other internal departments to understand marketing themes, current hot topics, products, or brand messaging to communicate with customers effectively Handle all communications in an on-brand voice with the ability to understand that every response is public and can change the perception of BenQ - for better or worse Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service experience Must be friendly, patient, and service-oriented even when under pressure Strong people skills and the ability to quickly diagnose problems and develop solutions with a positive attitude The ability to understand and comprehend new technology innovations and market them to new and existing customers Able to work and think quickly under pressure Proficient in using the latest versions of Microsoft Office / O365 Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new tools and BenQ's proprietary software PC and console gaming experience preferred, E-Sports knowledge is a plus Experience or interest in photography is a plus Education:
Associates degree and/or relevant work experience A

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
