Discover your exciting role The Business Development Director - TFS is responsible for assisting developing annual incoming order and revenue forecast, and then working with Regional Managers to meet these objectives.

(TFS) commitment to always provide a safe workplace that strives for an Incident and Injury Free environment where everyone goes home safe every day Upholds the core values in dealing with potential customers, new and existing customers, and fellow employees Establishes annual strategic business development plans based upon market intelligence, knowledge of customer's needs, and alignment with TFS goals Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identifies and develops the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators Establishes and manages business development expense budget and maximizes return on investment of marketing and business development activities Defines and facilitates core business development activities.
Prospects for potential new clients and turns this into increased business Researches and builds relationships with new Clients.
Sets up meetings with client decision makers Oversees and facilitates preparation of risk review process (PIRA/TERA) for opportunities that require it Works with Regional Managers to ensure CRM (Sales Force) is updated.
Schedules periodic meetings to review with Senior Management Works with management and the Estimating team on proposal deliverables.
Assists with developing and writing proposals, cover letters, marketing letters and other communications Performs the necessary follow up as well as overcoming objection strategies to work towards a mutually beneficial negotiated agreement Shapes the developments and priorities within TFS by participating in Management Meetings, Sales/Ops meetings and keeping the team informed as appropriate Assists company leadership in identifying conventions and industry trade shows that are important to attend; representing TFS at these shows as required Collaborates with Exyte U.

and Exyte Group Business Units as necessary Other duties as assigned Show your expertise Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required 15
years of experience Prior experience in Construction and/or Engineering Industry required Prior sales experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Ability in problem-solving and negotiations Recommended Skills Business Development Communication Construction Customer Relationship Management Forecasting Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
