The position will involve leading the help desk team.
Acting as a point of escalation.
Taking phone calls from external clients and doing troubleshooting to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved then they will do data collection and escalate the issue.
The ideal candidate will have office application support, pc support, server (Win 2008/2012/2016) support experience, and a passion for customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating process to improve help desk performance.
