The account manager will be engaged in a variety of tasksincluding sales, business development, account ownership, project management, coordination, relationshipmanagement, negotiation, vendor management.
Essential Functions:
Business Development with US IT services.
Building Proposal for key projects in North America and aligning it as per customer need.
Scheduling Internal/External sync with stakeholders.
Maintaining strong relations with key personnel companies.
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expanding the relationships and business portfolio with existing by continuously proposing services and solutions that meet their objectives.
Serve as the link of communication between key group customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage accounts from a sales relationship perspective and be responsible for end-to-end sales cycle.
Vendor/Partner management for Joint delivery of ServicesSupporting team expansion initiative for technical project at client location.
Attribute and Skills:
Excellent sense of ownership.
Excellent oral, written communication skills, good presentation skills with focus on effective information sharing with all stakeholders.
Good Interpersonal skills- Coordinate with multiple Stakeholder.
Deadline driven & Self-motivated.
Experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint,Prior account management/direct sales experience in IT company handling IT client.
Qualification:
4-10 years of experience in IT industry in Account management and business expansion area.
Graduate, BS, or Business management.
Japanese- English bilingual.
With Strong English communication.
