About the Role We have an immediate open position for a Vehicle Services Coordinator.
This will be a hybrid position working 1 day per week in Plano, TX.
The primary responsibility is to support the TMNA company car program which consists of business and personal use vehicles used by team members of TMNA and TMNA affiliate companies.
This individual will report to the TMNA Vehicle Services Manager and as a team, will support the Vehicle Service department's objective of customer focused service from ordering through disposition for business and personal use vehicles.
What You Will Do Manage the Vehicle Service Authorization Inbox answering emails from Dealers/Team Members with a monthly volume load of 260
emails per month.
Review and process team member expense reimbursements related to company vehicles.
Ensure all expenses are valid, coded to the proper general ledger accounts and submitted for payment in a timely manner.
Review and process Toyota and Lexus Dealer reimbursements related to company vehicles.
Ensure all expenses are valid, coded to the proper general ledger accounts and submitted for payment in a timely manner.
Review and process company car warranty claims submitted by Toyota and Lexus dealers through the Claims Processing System (CPS).
Assist Toyota and Lexus dealers with repair inquiries on company vehicles and provide dealers warranty claim authorization codes for repairs beyond normal repair guidelines.
Analyze monthly invoice and bill repair charges to departments and generate damage deductible invoices for team members.
Assist departments and team members with accident billing inquiries.
Analyze vehicle auction sale condition report information to determine repair charges to be billed to departments and to generate damage deductibles invoices to team members.
Assist departments and team members with billing inquiries.
Analyze vehicle warranty report and bill charges to departments and invoice team members for repairs not covered by the company car program.
What You Will Need Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, organizing and facilitation skills Self-starter, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications 3 - 5
years of accounting experience Ability to address difficult situations using diplomacy and professionalism Proficient with SAP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint) Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, organizing and facilitation skills Self-starter, with the ability to work in a team environment The hourly rate for this position is $27-$30/hour based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
