Job Description:
The Huffines Service Advisor acts as the primary point-of-contact for customers arriving at the dealership via the service department.
They provide a world-class experience by genuinely engaging with customers to understand their needs, helping them determine services and relevant costs, setting and managing expectations, and maintaining communication with customers to update them about their vehicle's status.

Responsibilities:
Approaches and interacts with customer in a professional manner both in person or over the phone Communicates enthusiasm and compassion with all customers to meet their needs Active listening skills and can effectively translate needed information to others Establishes a manageable daily routine with self-organizational disciplines designed to meet company and customer expectations Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.

Minimum three years of dealership service advisor experience Some post-secondary automotive training Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player Results-oriented self-starter Unrestricted driver license and clean driving record Demonstrated strong performance record Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering world-class customer service Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly Proficiency in computer skills Huffines Compensation and
