4K - $60K a year Forefront Living's newest life care community, The Outlook at Windhaven, is currently seeking an individual to join our Sales and Marketing Team as the Health Services Sales Counselor.
The Outlook is a brand new retirement community scheduled to open in 2024.
The HS Sales Counselor will provide sales activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy and achieving budgeted census and goals.
Candidates must have proven track record of success in the field of senior living sales; assisted living and memory support.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
census development referral development, to include identifying and meeting with professional referral sources ability to cultivate relationships with potential residents, to include proficiency in telephone follow up, lead management and closing skills CRM database knowledge helpful, but not essential If you feel you meet the above qualifications or wish to explore the opportunities in more detail, please apply with an updated resume.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
