Are you a people person with an upbeat personality, a friendly voice, and a genuine passion for health and wellness? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer phones and provide exceptional service via email, chat, etc.
to our valued customers.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking guidance on our products, their orders, and inquiries related to health and wellness.
Key
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any product-related issues.
Educate customers about our products and their benefits, demonstrating a deep understanding of Prolon.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
Stay informed about the latest developments in health and wellness to better serve our customers.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Health related field is preferred).
Previous customer service experience.
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and upbeat demeanor.
Passion for health and wellness with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high call volumes efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
