$18 per hour- Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some Saturday mornings from 8 AM to 12 PM
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at All-Safe Pest & Termite, you will be our valued customers' first point of contact.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally- Scheduling service appointments and providing accurate information regarding our pest control and termite services- Assisting customers with billing questions and resolving any issues that may arise- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating our database as needed
