Responsibilities:
- Performed cross-platform audits of Active Directory (AD) objects and user permissions. Provides Windows server systems architecture, administration, installation, optimization,problem isolation and resolution Managed User Accounts on Windows and UNIX Platform (Creation, Deletion, Permissions, andVPN Access). Developed organizational units in Active Directory (AD) and managed user security with grouppolicies. Managed Group Policy Objects (GPOs) throughout the Active Directory (AD) enterprise Created and maintained email addresses and distribution lists in MS Exchange. Compiled data to assist technical writers with IT new hire manuals and prepared data to reportto testers for system enhancements. Performed AD Consolidation projects for multiple global clients. Administered DNS, DHCP and WINS. Provide a Level 3 support for problems relating to Active Directory. Transitioned users from multiple legacy domains into a consolidated IT Infrastructureconfiguration. Worked closely with Microsoft to identify risks and perform remediation involving domainhealth and future strategy (ADRaaS) Must have excellent scripting knowledge on PowerShell, Batch and VBScript. Should have performed Intra and/or inter forest Active Directory migrations. Good experience on Active Directory assessment and migration tools. Candidate should be able to assess/evaluate Active Directory environment and present to thestakeholders. Strong knowledge on Active Directory with multi forest environment. Good knowledge/experience on centralized Identity Management tools like IAM (Identity &Access Management). Good communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of Active Directory integration with multiple applications. Promotion and Demotion of domain controllers Configuring new DNS zones and forwarders in AD Performing Authoritative Restore Bulk changes in AD via Powershell Making changes to Domain Level GPO's Creating a Site, linking Subnets, and configuring costs Troubleshooting Replication and name resolution issues Performing Metadata Cleanup Publishing ADMX templates Enterprise and Schema Administration Upgrade to Active Directory Schema Scope management in DHCP Creating and removing Forest and Domain Trust relationship Addition and removal of domains Review and approve changes to group policies Registry changes on Domain Controllers Transfer or Seize of FSMO roles Raising of Functional levels Creating a delegation permission model Windows Admin - 5days Onsite
