The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring nursing notes are submitted, checked for completion and accuracy, and coordinating with the necessary teams to ensure patient status updates are shared with the appropriate teams.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing nursing notes for completion and accuracy Coordinating with field staff to ensure prompt submission of notes Conveying any new information regarding patients in a timely manner to the appropriate team members and documenting in the EMR Tracking outstanding notes and following up with clinicians Maintaining appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.
Assisting in the development of new processes in collaboration with the clinical and operations teams Required
Qualifications:
LVN License 1-2 years of healthcare experience (Home Health preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to review and interpret clinical data Excellent written and verbal communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Preferred
Qualifications:
Ability to sustain efficient, timely, and accurate work in fast-paced work environment Strong experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
