High school diploma or its equivalent required; Minimum of 3 years of experience using multiple systems to record data Ability to work with other employees and provide customer focused support for field agencies Ability to prioritize work responsibilities timely, efficiently and consistently.
Must be able to meet daily deadlines.
Preferred experience with multiple locations and FEINs Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer literacy Experience with ADP Workforce Now or any fleet related systems Organized work habits, ability to multi task with accuracy, and proven attention to detail, with strong analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication Full Time Employee

Process all day to day data entries related to MVR requests, fleet vehicle assignments and process information in multiple systems including ADP for multiple agencies, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and compliance with our fleet policy.
Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information Work with Fleet and Payroll Department to ensure proper and accurate data reporting Ensure the accuracy and compliance for any I9's, tax document or other personnel documents Provide excellent customer service to all employees and team members Serves as liaison between Home Office HR and all other field agencies to influence proactive administration and ensure all approvals or deadlines are communicated for appropriate staff members Follows and remains current on HR document related laws, regulations and requirements Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department Working with Heart to Heart Hospice:
