The position requires a focus on efficiency, time management, and coordinating schedules.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Booking inbound appointments for service, installation, and sales consultations Finding solutions for our customers as needs arise and coordinating resources effectively and in a timely manner Outbound calls to coordinate the scheduling of appointments with contractors, customers, sales consultants, service, and installation personnel Process invoices and payments Assist with tracking and ordering inventory Run reports essential to business operations Maintain confidential office files Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening.
Demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills Manage multiple priorities seamlessly Stellar time management skills Proven background in customer service Possess sales ability to close consultation appointments Social media experience a plus
Benefits:
This position will include paid vacation and PTO which begins to accumulate during the first, full month of employment.
