Responsibilities:
Working in a cross functional environment with Delivery team, Pre-Sales and Solutions team.
Responsible for Operational Governance with customer and internal reviewsLook for opportunities within the existing areasResponsible for working with partnersSLA and other matrix reporting internally & end customerCreate a culture of accountability towards positive business and customer experience outcomes.
Will manage a team of 50 - 100 team members initiallyRequirements:
At least 18-20 Years of experience in managing B2B Telecom operations across multiple locations Excellent communication and People management skills Base Salary $149k - $195kBonus 10% - 15% Bonus will be determined at time of offer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
