The Role:
This position provides critical support to the HR team. The major responsibilities include: HR General Administration, Payroll and Benefit Administration, Employee Relations, and Recruiting. This person must be able to work independently with little supervision. This person will also be asked to implement procedures and policies that will help the company run more effectively.

Bachelor's degree

year's professional experience in HR
Experience with any HRIS system
Knowledge of state and federal laws
