As a Healthcare Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day sourcing of Travel Nurses. This includes building solid, on-going relationships with candidates to effectively match potential healthcare providers to their preferred career goals and location. Successful Healthcare Recruiting Specialists encompass strong communication skills, outgoing personalities, team enthusiasm, goal-oriented drive, organized multi-tasking ability and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
This entry-level position is for those who have the ultimate drive to grow both professionally and personally, and are willing to work alongside successful, driven individuals. This opportunity is targeted towards recent college graduates with Marketing, Communications, Business or Hospitality degrees.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing
o Responsible for marketing our services to potential candidates through phone calls, strategic email campaigns, etc.
Recruit Travel Nurse Professionals
o Identify new candidates that are interested in travel assignments
o Evaluate candidate resumes against position requirements to determine if they meet the clients needs
o Work closely with Marketing department to submit current job openings to prospective candidates
o Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing/screening candidates, securing proper documentation, negotiating pay packages, and on-boarding new candidates.
Manage Field Staff
o Maintain weekly communication with field staff
o Resolve issues in a timely fashion
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
Excellent communication skills
Ability to problem solve and think creatively
Detail Oriented and Self-Directed
Strong organizational skills
Desire to learn and keep up to date with changes in technology
Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, Word, and MS Office Suite
