Senior Adobe AEM Developer
As an Adobe AEM Developer for Insight, you will enter a high-energy and tech savvy world. We are looking for someone who is client focused, has excellent verbal and written communication skills and knows their way around the Adobe platform.

Daily activities as an Adobe AEM Developer include:
Designing and developing web applications using the Adobe platform, including site structure, custom components, custom workflows, object model designs (Java APIs), and unit testing.
Developing, implementing and configuring web content management solutions using AEM (Adobe CQ) and technologies such as Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services
Assisting clients in achieving strategic e-business objectives through technology solution implementation and taking a technical leadership role in some circumstances.
Resolving user-identified functional and technical issues relating to Adobe AEM/CQ.
Providing input into estimating engagement activities and executing engagements following the Agile methodology including SCRUM.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's in computer science or software engineering
3-5 years of relevant working experience
Experience in development of Java Server Pages and related technologies
Experience in HTML5, DHTML, CSS3 and Javascript
Experience with modern front-end frameworks and preprocessors (Angular, Underscore, Bootstrap, LESS etc).
Knowledge of Java IDEs and source control management (ideally using GIT/ Phabricator)
Strong adherence to a consistent delivery methodology and associated deliverable generation.
Experience with Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice, ideally with designing and programming of applications using Object Oriented Programming Methodology utilizing Java language constructs.
Technical Skills: 1. AEM 5.6 and above 2. Java / J2ee 3. Angular or any other JS Framework 4. Web services (SOAP and REST) 5. HTML/CSS/Ajax 6. HTTP Protocol 7. Server Configuration (Webserver and Application)
Experience in these areas a plus:
Knowledge of Application Frameworks i.e. Spring, OSGI, Sling; Agile framework with SCRUM.
Experience in at least one of the current SQL dialects
