Job Description
Our Human Resources organization is seeking a new team member to join as an Executive Assistant. This exciting role will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The role requires someone who gets excited about calendar management, assisting with meeting agendas, travel coordination and expense reporting, project management, and occasional event planning as well as coordinating and communicating quarterly HR processes. This person will occasionally be asked to navigate HR policies and where appropriate direct employees and managers to proper HR personnel, policies and processes, or the Employee Resource Center. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment, with a high level of attention to detail. A successful candidate will be at the center of the team and will be part of the glue that helps our team operate efficiently, effectively and happily. years of executive assistant and/or advanced administrative support experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills and professional presence with a customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of tasks with no supervision and a sense of urgency. Proficient knowledge of social media communication tools. Ability to prioritize work tasks and handle appropriately. Ability to redirect and change tasks quickly, and re-prioritize as new needs arise. A team oriented individual with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff in the resolution of problems and the completion of tasks. Ability to process and integrate complex information and appropriately exercise independent judgment. Strong organizational skills necessary to organize and deal with workload that involves tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks and project simultaneously as well as confidentially. Excellent personal computer skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required. Ability to organize large amounts of varied materials, research policies and procedures, perform simple bookkeeping tasks and transcribe dictated materials. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
