Summary:
The Director of SCM will lead a team of Account managers responsible for all supply chain planning and operations for multiple customer accounts. This position will direct the internal operational cadence, supply chain planning weekly process, short term and medium term demand planning and communicate and summarize operational, SCM performance to SEA and HQ leadership on a weekly basis. The Director will liaise with multiple functional stakeholders including Sales, Product Management, logistics to ensure seamless operations. The Director will serve as appoint of contact for Internal functional teams and HQ stakeholdersRole and Responsibilities Oversees all related supply chain management functions across multiple product categories and Customer Accounts and associated channels. Work closely with cross functional teams (sales, marketing, HQ, SEA leadership, etc.) to execute optimal inventory management and KPI achievement Lead the preparation of weekly business and supply chain operational review. Analyze fluctuations in sales performance and make recommendations to the Customer and internal Sales and Marketing teams. Closely monitor Inventory supply, WOS and Customer inventory levels for business planning decisions. Collaborate with RPM and GOC teams for smooth launch preparation, issue resolution and RTF optimization. Engages directly with sales leadership to prioritize and focus efforts to areas of greatest impact and to ensure streamlined operational execution in supply chain planning. Serves as central point of communication and coordination for operational queries including supply chain and inventory management, system and reporting, KPI management, organization and project updates. Coordinates with cross functional teams globally to ensure deliverables are executed successfully and on-time. Supports sales leadership in partner/customer/field meetings and ensures follow-up actions are documented, completed, and results recorded. Build relationship with Customer counterparts to navigate through supply chain issues and gain business alignment on short term and long term business planning. Identify bottlenecks in inventory flow within internal and downstream supply chains, ideate and implement solutions with a mindset of continuous improvement Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree with 15 years of directly related experience. MBA or Master's Degree preferred. Prior experience in Supply Chain and Business Planning Prior experience managing and developing Team members Experience working with cross functional Teams in the US across marketing, project management, finance, planning and operations Experience communicating cross-functionally, domestically, globally and up & down an organization Experience overseeing teams managing large sets of data, database and system development and management and administration of CRM systems and tools Ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly Ability to operate effectively and drive decisions with ambiguous or incomplete data and manage supply volatility Microsoft Standard Office Suite and advanced expertise in PowerPoint/Excel. Experience utilizing SAP R/3 software Demonstrated program management ability, proven experience planning and executing large scale projects and/or events Experience collaborating with senior executives across a large organization Ability to take the lead in Customer issues or strategic initiatives to take ownership, drive resolution and/or gain collaboration. Ability to manage multiple objectives, issues and projects concurrently through prioritization, delegation and hands on execution Skills and Qualifications Necessary Skills & Attributes:

Ability to analyze Customer Supply Chain and gain alignment on improvement items for efficiency improvements. Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:
The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas. Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule. Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions. Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company's competitive position.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
