As RF Optimization Engineer III your role is to support Deployment and Optimization of Multiband/Multi technology Networks.Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Part of SEA (Samsung Electronics America) Deployment Team Analyze DT Log file, Identify the coverage & quality issues & take appropriate actions to meet the KPI / Customer expectations Identify critical performance issues in the network & take appropriate action Carry out RF troubleshooting to minimize interference & improve the throughput of LTE/VoLTE/5G networks Support and manage subcontractor's RF Optimization Team in addressing performance issues Manage all RF related project activities in the assigned area Ensure ATP completion and smooth network handover to Internal Team / customer including the clarification with customer Generate, analyze & validate various performance reports Carry out capacity & parameter optimization in the area/ circle Create Deployment and optimization guidelines for customer networksSkills and
Experience:
Bachelors' Degree in Electronics / Electrical/ Communication Engineering 8-10 years of experience in RF Planning & Optimization out of which 2 years in LTE RF Planning & Optimization 5G experience in NR in DSS, Anchored and Standalone applications Hands on experience in RF Tools such as ATOLL, Accuver DT Tools , EMF Measurement tools etc In-depth knowledge of LTE air interference Knowledge of statutory requirements like Rollout obligations Must be a good team player Ability & attitude to learn & work under pressure Good Command of English Language
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Electrical Engineering, Hardware DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
