This Director, HRBP will develop the people strategy that aligns with client group business objectives and goals. This individual will partner with Functional Leaders to provide strategic HR leadership to drive strategy/processes in support of the business and HR priorities. This individual will partner with client group leaders on talent strategy including succession planning and development plans for leaders and employees. Given client group complexity, this position will interact heavily with Headquarters counterparts in HR, may engage in M&A activity, and drive organizational capabilities to bring in new talent that will drive the business forward.Role and Responsibilities Build and cultivate strong partnerships with senior leaders; offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution to ensure a high-performing, engaged workforce. Develop the people strategy for assigned client groups that aligns to and moves the business goals and objectives forward. The people strategy includes attracting, retaining, engaging and developing our talent while minimizing HR/Organizational risk. Provide leadership to drive the organization and business strategy. This includes organization design and development, succession planning, retention strategies, employee engagement and change management; influence leaders to address complex organizational design issues. Advise, guide and coach leaders at all levels within Samsung to navigate the complexities of managing teams, managing career development, developing a high performance culture, providing conflict resolution strategies, etc. Analyze and present relevant metrics and insights to the business to drive the focus and execution of strategy. Collaborate with COE partners in the design and implementation of People programs. Hire, lead, develop and manage HR Business Partner team to drive clarity and consistency across the business in the way talent and performance is assessed and value created from these processes. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 15 years of HR and/or HRBP experience in roles of increasing complexity and scope. You are a subject matter expert, with demonstrated experience in coaching and development, organizational design and overall talent management. Extensive experience influencing business leaders individually and collectively. Capability to propose solutions others are reluctant to address, act in the face of resistance and advocate for the best interests of the organization. A strategic mindset, but can also focus on tactical and operational issues. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are common Ability to connect well with employees of all levels and have the ability to flex your style to build trust and rapport. Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters with tact and diplomacy. Well-versed in HR compliance, legislation and best practices. Analytically driven, you are experienced utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis. Strong aptitude to translate metrics and data-driven insights into actionable strategy. A passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement. Exceptional communication and relationship building skills. Highly collaborative style and desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach. Experience in hiring, managing and developing employees for performance and growth.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
