Role and Responsibilities Experience supporting large client teams within a fast-paced organization. Strong communication skills and ability to make professional presentations and to communicate in writing, through e-mails and reports, or orally, complex matters to an audience of high technical skills and operational experience. The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Human Resources related projects and programs in a changing corporate environment. Collaborative style with an ability to lead, motivate and partner with others on activities in support of both the HR organization and client groups. Strong attention to details, listening skills, and proactive solutioning is essential for success. Demonstrated ability to interact with team members at all levels. Comfort with organizational complexity and ambiguity. Enterprise minded and action oriented A can do attitude Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Advance degree and/or professional certifications preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
