Samsung's Mobile Marketing Partnerships team is responsible for cultivating best-in-breed partnerships and collaborations that enhance our devices, delight our consumers and drive revenue growth for the organization The team comprises three functions that strive to add value to consumers and the business by partnering with the world's largest brands:

Working with companies such as Google, Netflix, Spotify and Microsoft to enhance value of Samsung mobile devices and drive mutual business goals Promotions:
Delivering incremental value to consumers when they purchase Samsung's mobile products Influencer Partnerships:
Working with talent and agencies who love Samsung mobile products and help us reach new audiences Position Summary This role will report directly to the Mobile Marketing Partnerships and Promotions lead as part of the Mobile Marketing organization, helping with the development, execution and reporting of all Partnership and DTC Promotion. You'll need a strategic mindset but will also need a focus on execution with a sense of urgency. By their nature, Partnerships and DTC Promotions are only successful with win-win outcomes, so you'll have a high degree of EQ to be able to anticipate, understand and react to individuals across the Samsung and Partner organization. Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will support the Partnerships and Promotions teams across a number of areas, including:
Working with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of assets and deliverables, as well as tracking overall timelines and progress Managing assigned projects to completion, ensuring that all activities and integration are coordinated and completed on time Monitoring project progress, identifying issues in advance, and initiating appropriate risk mitigation plans Tracking key KPIs and goals across internal and external stakeholders Ensuring the accuracy of information, documents, deliverables, and forecasts provided to internal teams and partners Developing creative briefs for all major campaigns and product launches to ensure successful execution and brand representation Assisting in the development of internal sales materials to ensure that all x-functional teams see clear value from promotions and provide maximum support with their respective areas (e.g. ensuring that Carrier and Channel partners amplify and drive incremental awareness through their channels) Providing clear, concise and accurate reporting to the organization in various formats Analyzing performance of campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements and insights to help move the business forward Working directly with external partners to deliver campaigns, programs and projects that contribute towards joint success of both parties Identify process, procedures and repeatable frameworks that help us be more efficient and provide more value to partners and the business Ensuring that the x-functional team across the organization is fully aware of which Partnerships are live, and in progress. Develop best practice around information sharing and evangelizing Qualifications/Skills:
BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or business management 4 years
in Project Management, Partnership Marketing, DTC Promotions, Partnerships Self-starter with excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and detailed oriented a must Capability to work with minimum supervision required - highly motivated and self-driven Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments to meet tight schedule - very detailed, goal driven, and achievement oriented Ability to work with and manage expectations from external and internal customers Comfortable with making quick/key decisions and then taking responsibility to push them forward An iterative thinker who can challenges the status quo Consummate collaborator committed to communication excellence Experience working with technology platforms and internet brands Necessary Skills & Attributes:
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects. Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed. Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels. Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications. The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives. Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:
The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas. Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule. Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions. $80K -- $100K
