Together, we are building a better tomorrow for our customers, partners and communities.Role and Responsibilities Responsible for developing, executing, and managing company-wide Diversity & Inclusion programs and providing strategic input to foster an inclusive and diverse culture helping attract and retain the best talent, drives engagement and performance resulting in greater innovations and growth. This role will require strategic partnerships with stakeholder groups across the business divisions, ERGs, HQ and with external consultant partners to integrate best practices into our initiatives. Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end D&I Learning Curriculum including program activations and oversight of related learning communications, reporting, curriculum optimization and sustainability. Identify and assess new D&I vendors and their content to consider partnership; establish strategic partnerships with key external consultants for Best in Class content development and delivery, and to bolster corporate reputation. Lead facilitation of key programing with Executive and People Leader audiences. Create a D&I communications and messaging strategy, and execute campaigns which amplify key messaging across stakeholder groups. Partner with ERG Program Manager and stakeholders to ensure ERG communications are managed consistently. Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring/recruitment practices to integrate into all facets of candidate lifecycle and advocate for underrepresented talent. Partner with HR stakeholder teams, Corporate Communications, business leaders, and HQ to drive D&I progress, enable accountability within the Divisions. Support development of short-term and long term goals with KPIs aligned with the overall D&I strategy. Conduct D&I industry research, monitor external trends and best practices to guide and support content curation. Prepare communications, presentations, and proposals, reports, review processes and make recommendations for changes, enhancements, and improvements. Bachelor's Degree, Diversity & Inclusion Management Certificate, 8
years previous D&I professional experience/practitioner D&I leadership acumen Understanding of D&I industry best practices Experienced program & project management and leading cross functionally Experienced Employee Resource Group (ERG) mgmt. and organizational training Ability to guide, develop, coach, and influence others High level of discretion on sensitive matters and ability to engage others to navigate Strong written and oral communications Ability to leverage data for storytelling and to track progress
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
