Position Overview The primary function of the Manager, Retail Go-to-Market (GTM) is to support the flawless execution of assigned retail go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and projects. The Manager, Retail GTM collaborates cross-functionally across SEA teams to ensure customer experience is held at the highest standard through all initiatives. The Manager, Retail GTM will partner with the Retail team members to drive successful product launches and initiatives, encompassing training, merchandising, field teams, sales, marketing and customer insights while maintaining company brand guidelines. The Manager, Retail GTM will provide support to the Senior Manager GTM in providing C-level updates and reporting on GTM strategies and plans in relation to product launches and promotional periods. Role and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities Manage highly visible Retail programs, initiatives, and product launches, while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and company brand guidelines Establish, deepen, and sustain key relationships with cross functional teams including marketing, Suwon, Korea team members, account teams, training, merchandising., and consumer insights Develop project road map, assign key owners, lead project meetings, maintain project status, provide executive updates, establish key learnings and insights, follow up, and drive through completion Projects and initiatives could include:
mobile device product launches, connected device projects, strategic customer experience initiatives, and others Ensure alignment among all retail stakeholders in GTM launch strategy initiatives Contribute to finding new, better, or more efficient ways of going to market in a highly matrixed organization Stay current with company operational processes and project management tactics Hold cross-functional team members accountable to project deadlines and deliverables Skills and Qualifications Background/Experience Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years' experience preferably in business or project management; an MBA is preferred Ideally, understands how to navigate SEA organization and demonstrated an ability to drive for results Experience in the telecommunications and/or wireless industry requiring management of account management, program management, business planning, project management, or equivalent work experience in planning or operations Project management experience required Must have demonstrable experience in developing presentations using a variety of MS Office applications, with strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
