Responsibilities:
o Designing and developing software in Java Script and Python, as deployed to AWS environments. o Work alongside architecture and engineering teams to design and implement scalable software services o Ensure necessary system security by using best in class cloud security solutions o Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platform and application domains o Work with testing teams to create and implement test plans and test cases. Should be able to lead UI and biz functionality testing o Develop and maintain testing standards and procedures for broader testing to ensure cross dependency issues are analyzed o Design, build and test data Extract Transform and Load (ETL) pipelines Basic Qualifications o BS/BA degree or 4 years additional relevant experience o Minimum 3 years of experience in Programming Languages:
Java, Java Script, Python with some basic knowledge of AWS environments and deployment (or other cloud experience) o Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Base:
SQL Queries o Minimum 3 years of experience with Operating Systems:
Linux, Windows Preferred Skills o Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of the AWS cloud infrastructure for running applications in production, test, and development environments o Experience in health insurance domain o AWS Glue, AWS Firehose and Athena Knowledge o Monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail & Event Bridge o Continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) experience o Hands on experience of successfully delivering big data projects using Kafka o Experience with Apache Spark, including PySpark and Spark SQL solutions o MarkLogic Data Hub, State Conductor components o MarkLogic Data Ingestion and transformation to XML/JSON o AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus o AWS Hands on experience o Developing applications with AWS cloud components such as Faregate, Glue, API Gateway, EC2, Beanstalk, EKS, and/or Lambda o AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline o Leveraging Cloud-formation scripting for infrastructure automation o Implementing security best practices using IAM Roles, KMS, etc. Soft Skills:
