OVERVIEW We continue to experience rapid growth as we invest in resources and create new opportunities; as a result, we have exciting opportunities for a sale person to help grow our Federal government and Military markets In this role, you will actively participate in the sales, design, quotation, submittal and order closing process in a firm that cultivates a close-knit collaborative corporate culture. We will look for you to showcase your intuitive interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational abilities and proven leadership to streamline processes and maximize workflow. . The candidate will help cultivate relationships & cultivate opportunities with government agency end-users and other specifiers to ensure Crestron is listed as a proprietary or preferred vendor. We are seeking a polished, proactive and driven AV-savvy sales professional to develop business relationships with IT architects, executives, and key decision makers within our government and military verticals. Additionally, you will work closely with the field organization to collaborate and execute sales strategies that provide revenue lift within the assigned territory. We expect members of this team to understand how to sell end to end solutions in all size environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain consultative client relationships and engage in retention selling to ensure continued long-term partnership success with Explore and build partner relationships to develop and/or enhance business alliances. Conduct research and analysis of market / project opportunities while evaluating the market / project opportunities by engaging with clients. Facilitate business development via virtual webinars, training, education in conjunction with other areas of Crestron, e.g., Marketing, Training, etc. Experience in Unified Communications, Virtual Collaboration technologies, Video Conferencing, Commercial AV integration, Video Streaming, Cloud and IoT Navigate complex org structures and tech stacks across the business as you lead discovery conversations, product demos and solution discussions. Educate potential clients and their teams on the transformative power of our products, building a coalition of Crestron Electronics enthusiasts throughout the organization. Demonstrated awareness of the market and strong technical knowledge, with the ability to deliver business value to the account and build on customer relationships. Cultivating and managing deep relationships with executive level clients Must be comfortable with in a quota-carrying environment. Be an experienced sales professional that can hit the ground running. Proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals. Ability to tell a technical, industry, or market story that positions Crestron as the best solution. Self-motivated & passionate with ability to work effectively in a highly automated & collaborative sales environment. Strong relationship skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts. QUALIFICATIONS Prior relevant Experience selling solutions to Federal Government, and knowledge of budget/procurement cycles. 5
years of successful inside sales experience in the Commercial Network/IT marketplace, with a focus on consultative, solutions and relationship selling. A consultative, relationship-driven sales philosophy and an innate desire to help clients with the ability to explain complex technical concepts Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers. Experience with CRM software, Salesforce experience a plus. A/V or technical product/service sales experience - prefered. 1-2 years of Channel or Distributor sales experience - preferred. An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions. Exceptional written, phone and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills, including a strong familiarity with the Microsoft Platform. College Degree -- preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, Sales Engineering, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
