1 1 hour ago Full Job Description About this opportunity:
Collaborate with the global total rewards team on the annual compensation review process, short and long-term incentives, and various compensation projects during the year.
What you will do:
Drive business process and policy improvements with the compensation team while insuring they link with the HRIS system.
Counsel and educates employees and managers on compensation program mechanics, design and philosophy, policy, and guidelines interpretation.
Ensure accurate calculation and payments of incentive compensation to our sales organization.
Research sales compensation issues, disputes, appeals, and provide analysis to facilitate resolution.
Work on end-to-end sales payout reports, performance analytics, and acquire all approvals for processing.
Provide first-tier support for all reviews, related to sales compensation processing.
Review and evaluate compensation programs to ensure they are in compliance with wage and hour laws, minimum wage, FLSA, and other state and federal compensation regulations.
Keep up with best practices and ensures we bring forward current and relevant practices to our compensation programs.
Participate in 3rd party compensation surveys and utilizes compensation surveys to benchmark and market price jobs.
Analyze published salary market data and interpret current pay practices to make sound recommendations and resolve compensation concerns.
Prepare compensation related reports and analytics with accuracy and work closely with HRIS, Company Shared Services, and Payroll in support of compensation programs and maintaining HR data integrity.
Provide administrative, technical, data modeling and analysis, and analytical support to a variety of compensation programs and tools, including, but not limited to, short and long-term incentive plans, and other broad-based compensation programs.
You will bring:
Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and 3 years of experience in compensation management and administration.
OR Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in compensation management and administration.
Experience (3 years w/ Masters or 5 years w/ Bachelors) to include:
using HRIS tools SAP, Success Factors, People Soft, or Oracle; partnering with training, communications, and systems teams to successfully deliver the year-end processes to the business; and evaluating and recommending changes to ensure competitive positioning of jobs and employees in terms of compensation including base salary and incentives.
