Woodhouse Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without people who have passion for what they do! More specifically, our qualified Recruiting and HR Manager is responsible for:
Recruiting and Hiring Maintaining job descriptions Posting job ads, screening applicants, conducting video and coordinating onsite interviews Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education Performing background and reference checks Launching and closing job offers Candidate and Employee Experience Developing and maintaining Applicant Tracking System candidate workflow, notifications, interview scorecards Maintaining confidential employee records, physical or electronic paperwork and personnel files Reviewing employee survey results and recommending and implementing improvements, as needed, to ensure a positive experience for staff Developing, organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs HR Operations Owns performance review process, cycles and documentation.
Working with spa leadership to ensure talent management processes are effective Running biweekly payroll Administering employee benefits Coaching leadership team to handle employee conflicts Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company Compliance Maintaining employee handbook Ensuring legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements Community and Online Presence Maintaining external career pages and online reputation management Developing relationships with massage and cosmetology schools Representing employer in community and recruiting events Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:
Organized and efficient in daily tasks with strong attention to detail Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge Exceptional interpersonal skills Able to present company mission clearly and confidently Committed to Employee Happiness Enthusiastic and goal-oriented team player, highly collaborative Creates and implements processes to support projects and initiatives Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel and demonstrates skills in record keeping Experience with payroll processing, ideally Gusto payroll Knowledge and experience with employment laws and best practices Three to five years of experience in human resources position or related position Woodhouse Employee Perks include:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
