We currently have an opening for the position of Financial Quantitative Analyst.
The successful candidate is expected to join our financial data and modeling team to work on the following tasks:
data collection, calculation and analysis; investment modeling; and customer support.
Job Type:
Full-time Responsibilities Work with business partners to validate the integrity of data and documents loaded on the platform.
Performing advanced statistical analysis, data syndication and calculation.
Develop algorithms, new value investing strategies and screener features.
Work with the development team on product requirements and testing.
Provide support to customers on financial data calculations and GuruFocus's advanced website features.
Qualifications Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics or related field.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in the following:
financial statement analysis and valuation ratio computation; data manipulation and mining; and construction of quantitative financial models.
Strong programming skills and experience with php/sql is highly preferred.
Basic programming skills are required.
Compensation:
This position will pay a base salary plus a performance-based bonus, healthcare benefits and retirement benefits.
