Sodexo is seeking a General Manager in Corporate Services for the Plano area of Texas.
The General Manager's, main responsibilities are the daily operation of a full-service caf serving breakfast, lunch and catering.
The candidate must have food and labor cost control experience, exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
Reporting to the Area General Manager the General Manager will have oversight of the Sodexo employees.
Position is responsible for directing all contract management service operations and client relations of the caf .
We are looking for candidates who will:
manage the daily food production including production planning and controls ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality manage food costing, controls and compliance develop menus and manage inventory have high expectations for customer service and quality of food have the ability and willingness to develop and train front-line employees have a passion for food and innovation be detail-oriented and accountable The ideal candidate has:

Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract.
