Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
What you will do:
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and producing the following deliverables as needed:
Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, Test Scenarios, Project Plans, End User Documentation.
Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive to completion.
Drive and challenge business units on assumptions of execution of plans.
Serve as conduit between the Business Departments and the MA IT Department.
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Be the liaison between the business units, solutions management, technology teams and support teams.
You will bring:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology and Management, Information Systems, or related field and 1 year of experience working with Wireless Industry, Order to Cash, or Supply Chain operations.
1 year of experience to include:
gathering business requirements to develop use cases; analyzing data and generating dashboards using visualization tools, Tableau or PowerBI; and assisting with technical issues to improve existing or new business processes.
