Responsible for the General Affairs day-to-day operations of all building locations in the USA.
The USA General Affairs Manager has the task of supporting Delta's USA operations through the procurement of needed goods and services.
General affairs Manager coordinates with other departments, plans a budget for the procurement of goods or services and equipment maintenance costs for all Delta's locations.
Procurement of equipment and work requirements including - but not limited to - office supplies such as stationery, desks, chairs, laptops, computers, air conditioners, accessories or room decoration, etc.
, also includes facilities and other supporting resources such as leasing vehicles, office equipment, cleaning services, security guards, receptionist, and other outsourcing services.
RESPONSIBILITIES The USA General Affairs Manager will assess the facilities and make priorities before submitting a budget.
Must have many 3 years of Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities include office buildings (cleanliness, outward appearance), office environment (secure parking, adequate office and / or warehouse areas), cleanliness of the work environment for employees (workspace, meeting rooms, lobby and all areas company), maintenance of all area's including mechanical and electrical.
Creating, developing, and implementing work systems or procedures for procurement and maintenance of existing facilities.
For example, making checklists, restroom cleaning schedules, creating maintenance summaries for generators, cars, and other valuable equipment.
Standard work includes writing the procedure to procure office supplies, such as pens, paper, coffee and teacups, staplers, and other office supplies.
Prepare periodic executive reports for the purposes of budget meetings, financial reports on assets and office expenses so that the company can assess the effectiveness of their internal investment.
Assist in the management of all forms of licensing needed by the company and establish relationships with external parties such as local governments, police, organizations, and so on.
The above are important basic and important tasks, but not limitied, any activities within the scope of general affairs are to be considered.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
Education:
Degree in administration, engineering and/or related areas preferred.
Experiences:
Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in this area.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office applications with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Languages:
English and Desirable Spanish, Chinese Travel:
