Responsibilities:
Your Role at Raising Cane's:
The Crew Safety Analyst is responsible for providing support to the restaurants by ensuring safety programs are being executed.
This role is tasked with identifying and analyzing safety trends and opportunities to help identify hazards and provide restaurants with solutions to mitigate injuries and claims.
Your Impact and
Responsibilities:
Visits and communicates with restaurant teams to identify trends and recurring safety incidents Prepares and provides reporting for safety insights analysis, occupational injury and illness, and compliance Manages various state compliance programs for hazardous materials and training Manages restaurant safety team program ensuring completion, accountability and recognition Manages slip-resistant shoe partnership and program with support for restaurants and crewmember incentives Supports with evidence and fact gathering for regulatory agency responses Reviews restaurant training program for safety to determine eligibility Maintains records for required annual Bureau of Labor reporting and OSHA Monitors weather across the country to assess potential impact to restaurants and crewmembers Supports with the restaurant support office safety captain program Cross trains in ICE management systems and intake of foodborne and communicable illness reporting
Qualifications:
Requirements for Success:
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively Proficient in Microsoft Office suite:
Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Multi-state knowledge of safety and OSHA Knowledge of QSR/fast casual restaurant industry preferred Bachelor's degree preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
