Based in our Technology organization, this key role responsible for driving our marketing technology strategy forward.
You will be a key leader working with all levels of associates not just within our Technology organization, but across our Procurement, Product and Marketing organizations.

Responsibilities:
Lead your technology team through all phases of project development, delivering innovative software solutions that support our key strategies
Provide career development through goal setting, ongoing feedback, development plans and identification of project assignments to further develop the teams' skillset
Manage and collaborate with various Technology, Business and Vendor partners
Partner closely with 3rd party (SaaS) providers
Manage project budgets and identify innovate, cost-savings solutions
Communicate project statuses (written and verbal) Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
Ability to communicate complex problems clearly and concisely
Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment leading a global team
Adaptability, attention to detail, and creative problem solving are crucial to the success of this role
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, follow through on projects, be detail oriented
Experience in managing project finances
Experience in talent management and career development
Passion for continuous improvement by looking for areas of opportunity, and innovative solutions
Proven track record delivering large, cross functional projects implementing SaaS products
Strong inter-personal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Strong sense of urgency, willingness to drive change and manage business stakeholders by prioritizing initiatives

years' experience, with 5
years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in technology or related field
Experience driving and implementing marketing technology initiatives
Agile and product operating model experience is a must
Cloud development experience is a must
Experience with Java ,Hive,Python, SQL is preferrable.
Retail experience is a plus What you get:
