We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for a Contract Management and Procurement Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, TX or Daytona Beach, FL.
The Manager, Contract Management & Procurement will perform management and consultation on Vendor Management, Contract Management and Procurement including but not limited to IT Contract Lifecycle Management, Vendor Performance Management & Relationship Management, negotiations, Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposal (RFP) and bid management.
This position will also manage procurement of selected hardware and software.
Primary direct management of these functions would be for Enterprise and Corporate Technology Solutions but also consult with and assist Division level Technology Solutions as requested.

General
Responsibilities:
Contract Management Manage the process for enterprise and corporate technology contract reviews, contract collection and retention, renewal monitoring, etc.
Assist Division CIOs (DCIOs) and their staff with the contract management elements in the point above for divisions where requested or needed Work with finance, legal, DCIOs and other Technology Solutions teammates and other groups on maturity of contract management processes.
Vendor Management - Vendor On-boarding - Assist with vendor on-boarding, including communicating with accounting, legal and other departments on the various components of the vendor on-boarding process Assist with assisting with defining and maturing the vendor on-boarding process Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) Define and mature the Quarterly Business Review process Evaluate and continually update the list of vendors to participate in the QBR process Define the process, educate vendors on expectations, provide templates or other elements as necessary, coordinate and facilitate QBR meetings Monitoring of SLAs, breech of SLAs, identification and follow-up on renumeration of SLAs misses.
Participant in the vendor risk management process in conjunction with Legal, IT Security and IT Compliance Procurement - Bid process definition and refinement - including RFI/RFP, bid management process, bid review and selection and management of communication (internal and external) around the bidding process Day to day operations management with 3rd party Value Add Reseller(VAR) for hardware and software, including inventory management for desktops, laptops and peripherals.
Work with finance, legal, DCIOs and other Technology Solutions teammates and other groups on maturity of procurement processes.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting Provide reports to IT management and other stakeholders on the status of compliance related vendor risk, contracts, RFI/FRP processes, spend analysis or related information to their areas of responsibility.
Foster collaborative relationships with the CIO, Senior Directors within IT (Infrastructure, Production Support Services, Division CIOs) as well as Legal, Internal Audit and Security.
Recruiting, mentoring, and developing IT staff and future IT leaders.
Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or similar.

years' exp.
Contract mgmt.
& Vendor Relationship mgmt.
; contract redlining; facilitating internal stakeholder reviews especially legal & procurement.
Negotiating terms, pricing.
Full Contract Lifecycle Management.
Exceptional talent in negotiating and networking.
Solid knowledge of supplier or third-party management software.
Outstanding decision-making skills and ability to work well with numbers.
Significant experience in collecting and analyzing data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Ability to travel approximately up to 25% Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Preferred Master's degree is preferableWhat We Offer:
