Visual Design Manager
Job Description Design Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the design team, ensuring consistent and high-quality visual design standards across all enterprise applications.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and ensure their effective incorporation into design projects.
Team Management:
Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
Assign tasks, provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support the team's professional growth.
Design System Development:
Create and maintain a robust design system that encompasses visual components, guidelines, and best practices.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design system implementation and adherence.
Enterprise Application Design:
Lead the design process for enterprise applications, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating visually appealing user interfaces.
Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and in compliance with iOS standards and guidelines.
Expertise in Figma & XD:
Utilize advanced skills in design software such as Figma and Adobe XD to create and communicate design concepts, collaborate with team members, and present design solutions to stakeholders.
Color Psychology:
Apply a deep understanding of color psychology to create visually engaging interfaces that evoke desired emotional responses and enhance user experiences.
User Research:
Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.
Functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Clearly articulate design concepts and provide rationale for design decisions.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster strong relationships and effective communication with cross.
Top three required technical skills:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on design experience, with a focus on enterprise applications and iOS standards.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, showcasing designs for enterprise applications and proficiency in iOS design principles.
Expertise in design software such as Figma and Adobe XD, with a proven ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and design assets.
Extensive knowledge of design systems and the ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive design system.
In-dep th understanding of color psychology and its application in design.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
