? Manage metrics for new-hire learning program ? Build Tableau dashboard to enhance analysis of learning data from learning management system ? Build Tableau dashboard for learning metrics learning hours, attendees, session hours, and improvements in efficiency with digitization efforts to eliminate VILT sessions Requirements:
2-5 years experience o Required
Qualifications:
? Excellent Excel and data analysis skills ? Tableau experience ? Strong organizational and communication skills ? Excellent attention to detail ? Time management, ability to meet tight deadlines ? Prioritizes effectively and collaborates well cross-functionally o Nice to have ? Competency with Microsoft Office, including Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote ? Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) framework Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Data Analysis Learning Management Systems Metrics Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
