Manage metrics for new-hire learning program Build Tableau dashboard to enhance analysis of learning data from learning management system Build Tableau dashboard for learning metrics - learning hours, attendees, session hours, and improvements in efficiency with digitization efforts to eliminate VILT sessions Required
Qualifications:
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills Tableau experience Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Time management, ability to meet tight deadlines Prioritizes effectively and collaborates well cross-functionally Nice to have Competency with Microsoft Office, including Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) framework About BCforward:
