Responsibilities:
Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to:
Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.
S.
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Analyzes the company's working capital, including cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory.
Monitors and tracks cash flow, identifies areas of improvement and develops strategies to optimize cash flow.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve working capital.
Develops and maintains financial models and forecasts for working capital.
Drives communication and consistency among and across functions through development of robust analyses and reporting that can be used consistently throughout the Integer business.
Performs ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
Performs other duties as required.
Education &
Experience:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience, including working capital management or financial analysis.
Knowledge & Skills:
Special Skills:
Excellent skills in verbal, written, and presentation communications to all levels and types of management.
Demonstrated ability to influence multiple constituencies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Oracle, Hyperion experience is a plus.
Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
Specialized Knowledge:
Excellent command of financial modeling.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
Demonstrated ability to work under deadlines.
Excellent prioritization skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
