< Responsibilities > Processing Return Authorizations Processing No Charge Part request via GCIC system Reviewing service ticket and processing exchanges via GCIC system Training of the processes and system software is provided GREAT ATTENDANCE < Qualifications > Typing speed should be upwards of 35 words per minute Strong written communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required Ability to meet deadlines Attitude to follow instructions from superiors < Work Hours > - Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) - Temp to Hire - Weekly Pay (Every Friday) - BILINGUAL A PLUS - NOT REMOTE Job Types:
